Zehn Beauty Bar does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at time of purchase.

Zehn Beauty Bar does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by third party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: inclement weather, insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses.

Zehn Beauty Bar Return/Refund Policy 

In-Store Credit/Refunds:

You are given 14 days to return a purchase.

SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Note: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded and/or may be an In-Store Credit in the form of a Zehn Beauty Bar e-Gift Card is optional.

In-store credit will automatically be given if default is found in your purchase by proof of your pictures showing damage. For clothing, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags to be considered an in-store credit or refund. Refunds are not given on liquid products.
